Papa V’s Oasis Grill and Deli started in June 2023 when purchased from long time owner Sonia and Tony Asmar of Oasis Grill And Deli that serves American-Mediterranean food.
The Takeover on Main Street
Owner Vladimir Garces, (that’s why it’s Papa V for Vladimir), born and raised in the Philippines, was a graduate of Bachelor in Hotel & Restaurant Management that worked in prestigious hotels & restaurants in Dubai & Singapore with passion in cooking decided to migrate in the US and helped to manage his aunt flower shop business in San Francisco. His spouse, Tina Verceles, is a Registered Nurse, that works in 2 reputable hospitals in Modesto is also a business minded person and they both agreed to open restaurant and opportunity came up in Denair, CA.

We're open for Breakfast, Lunch and soon Dinner. We serve breakfast burritos, breakfast croissants, breakfast platters & more. We start serving from 8:30am to 1:30pm that includes breakfast all day & lunch. We have our best seller burgers, sandwiches, rice plates, gyro’s, wow salad and more.
